For the pictures to fit properly on the message board (not cause a lateral scroll bar to appear), they have to be 500 pixels or less in width. For the picture to load quickly, it should be under 35K in size. That does not mean you're limited to small pictures. The screen capture on the left is 400 pixels wide by 300 pixels high, but less than 14K in size. |

of good imaging programs such as Photo Impact, Paint Shop Pro, Photo
Deluxe, etc., generally have the tools to resize photos and lessen their
K size. However, if you don't have anything to resize or optimize your
pictures, don't worry. Just hit the "help" link and attach
your picture to e-mail and it will be done for you.
Another option for putting up pictures is to have them "stitched". This is a process where more than one picture is joined to another. This can be done to run a series of pictures in sequence, or to match more than one picture from the same event.
